We understand your concerns, which is why we’ve created this guide to help you figure out what program will work best for your budget.

Our goal is to make the process of building your home as easy and affordable as possible! That’s why we offer multiple financing options depending on how much money you want to put down up front and when you want to pay off your mortgage. Check out our frequently asked questions below for more information about each option!

  • Lot owners of minimum 50sqm lot with clean title.
  • Have a capacity to pay, with proof of income.
  • Have complete documents if to avail loan.

Reservation fee is 100,000 deductible from down payment

  • For cash payment: 30% spot cash down-payment, 70% progress billing
  • For bank financing: 20% down-payment, 80% loanable. Your monthly installment will start one month after we handed you the keys to your new home.
  • Zero down-payment: 100% Loanable Amount (applicable for lot owners in a high-end Subdivisions).
  • In-house financing (applicable for special cases only): 30% Down-payment 70% PDC max 8 months.
  • Extended down-payment: Maximum of 12 months (construction will start after the down-payment is fully paid).
